In 2018, they stepped into the role of Lead Pastors at Bethel Christian Center, bringing with them a deep love for people, a heart for the local church, and a passion to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus.
Their leadership at Bethel is rooted in authentic relationships, genuine care, and a commitment to helping each person grow in their faith. Casey Lattu
Children's /Women's Ministry Director
Casey Lattu serves as the Children’s and Women’s Director at Bethel Christian Center. With a heart full of compassion and a passion for building community, Casey is deeply committed to raising up a generation of God-fearing, purpose-driven young men and women.
Her leadership is marked by grace, authenticity, and a strong desire to see lives transformed through the love of Jesus. Whether she’s pouring into the next generation or encouraging women to walk boldly in their faith, Casey leads with both strength and tenderness.
In addition to her ministry roles, Casey is a devoted wife to our Lead Pastor, Jose Lattu, and a loving mother. Her life is a beautiful reflection of faith in action—and her love for the Bethel family runs deep.

Isidro and Pita Ramos
Associate Pastors/Family Life Pastor
Pastors Isidro and Pita Ramos carry a deep passion for seeing lives transformed by the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Since joining Bethel Christian Center over four years ago, they have faithfully served with a heart for both outreach and connection—helping people not only encounter Jesus but find their place in the family of God.
Their ministry is centered on building relationships, fostering community, and guiding others into a deeper walk with Christ through meaningful connection to the local church. Whether you're new to faith or simply looking for a church to call home, Pastors Isidro and Pita are here to welcome you, walk with you, and help you get rooted at Bethel.

Carter and Dianna Wood
Inhouse Missionaries/Pastoral Team
Carter and Diana have a heart for the nations and a passion to see lives transformed by the power of God. Over the years, they have led both youth and adults on life-changing mission trips to countries such as Canada, Mexico, Russia, Brazil, Mozambique, and Iceland—sharing the Gospel and demonstrating God’s love across the globe.
Their lives were forever marked by the ministry of Dr. Randy Clark of Global Awakening, where they received powerful impartation and activation in healing ministry. Since then, they’ve witnessed God perform incredible miracles firsthand—healing the sick, restoring hope, and changing lives.
Today, Carter and Diana not only love praying for the sick, but they’re also passionate about equipping others to walk in faith and operate in the healing power of Jesus. Their heart is to see every believer empowered to carry God’s presence and boldly minister to those in need.
Their lives were forever marked by the ministry of Dr. Randy Clark of Global Awakening, where they received powerful impartation and activation in healing ministry. Since then, they’ve witnessed God perform incredible miracles firsthand—healing the sick, restoring hope, and changing lives.
Today, Carter and Diana not only love praying for the sick, but they’re also passionate about equipping others to walk in faith and operate in the healing power of Jesus. Their heart is to see every believer empowered to carry God’s presence and boldly minister to those in need.
Patricia Hulsey
Pastoral Care
Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Christian School Administration, a Doctor of Philosophy from Trinity Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Divinity from AMES University. A respected ordained minister, author, and leader, she also serves as the President of Harvestime International Network. Her life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to equipping others, advancing the Kingdom of God, and raising up leaders around the world.
Linda Monson
Pastoral Care
Linda Munson is an ordained minister and the President of Spiritfire Global Ministries. Alongside her husband, she has traveled extensively, teaching and evangelizing across the nations with a heart to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.
Her ministry journey has taken her into rescue missions, prisons, and convalescent homes, where she has witnessed countless individuals saved, healed, and set free through the love of Jesus. As a dedicated chaplain and servant leader, Linda has faithfully ministered to the forgotten and the broken—bringing hope wherever she goes.
Today, her passion burns brighter than ever. Her God-given assignment is to ignite a hunger for more of God and see people of all ages filled with the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Her life is a powerful testament to the presence, power, and compassion of God in action.
